Write to hello@trycrate.net. A person reads it, usually within a day.

It helps to include:

• the version, from Crate Mail › About Crate Mail;
• your macOS version;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• a screenshot, with anything private covered.

Please do not send us your password, a Google token, or the content of mail you would not want us to read.

Plans and billing

Crate Mail is pre-release and nothing is for sale yet, so there is nothing to upgrade or bill. When plans open, this is where you will manage them.

Removing your data

To disconnect Gmail, remove the account in Crate Mail’s Settings, or revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your Crate account or leave the waitlist, write to us from the address concerned. The Privacy Policy says what is kept where.
