Questions
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Pro renews at $9 a month on the card you added. Cancel before then in Settings › Account and nothing is charged: you move to Lite and nothing is deleted.
- Can I take the trial more than once?
- Up to two free trials per card, one per person.
- What about files over Lite’s 10 GB?
- Nothing is deleted. New uploads pause until your library is back under 10 GB.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Lite.
